Any household within the PPNA boarders may hand out treats by placing the pumpkin in the newsletter (Oct 20-21st delivery) on their front window and turning on the porch light. Households that have children wanting to participate must sign up as members. Flashing bracelets will be given out to participants at the membership drive or delivered to your home before the event if mailed in or 2-year members.
